Set Up Your Account
Follow this guide when you are preparing a user account for the first real payment session.
Account Flow
The user account is the authority behind agent payments.
- Sign up with email, Apple, or Google. Email signup sends an OTP.
- Create or link the Mercuryo payment account associated with the same email.
- Complete SumSub KYC. Current public support is EU citizens first.
- Top up the MagicCard balance with crypto. Fiat top-up is planned.
- Connect one or more agents. A single MagicCard can support up to 10 agents.
- Add public and private secrets that will make future payment sessions smoother.
Connect The First Agent
Copy the generated setup prompt into a supported runtime. MagicPay supports OpenClaw, Hermes, Codex, Claude, and runtimes that understand the Agent Skill format.
First Payment
Ask the agent for a low-risk payment operation first, such as buying a coffee or completing a checkout page you already trust. Add more secrets and preferences as the agent learns your payment behavior.
